At Prime Focus (now DNEG), his stereo VFX work earned him a reputation for pushing the boundaries of what’s visually possible.
But it was in Beijing, at China Film Studio, where he truly expanded his role — managing international teams of 100+ artists and leading VFX production on China's top-grossing sci-fi films, The Wandering Earth 1 & 2. There, he pioneered AI-driven workflows in facial replacement, digital de-aging, and matte painting — achieving significant reductions in production time without sacrificing quality.
